A heated argument about President Donald Trump’s upcoming inauguration erupted inside the home of Lucy Harrison and her father, according to testimony presented in court. The dispute, described as “big” by witness Kris Littler, left the young woman visibly upset.
Littler told the court that Lucy had challenged her father during the exchange, asking, “How would you feel if I was the girl in that situation and I’d been sexually assaulted?” Her father allegedly responded that he had two other daughters living with him, so “it would not upset him that much.”
The confrontation left Lucy distressed, and she ran upstairs in tears. Later that day, roughly half an hour before she and her partner were due to leave for the airport, her father allegedly took her by the hand and led her from the kitchen into his ground‑floor bedroom.
