Angelina Jolie is parting with one of Los Angeles’ most storied properties, placing her Los Feliz estate on the market for USD 29.85 million as she prepares for a new chapter once her youngest children reach adulthood in 2026. The Oscar‑winning actress is selling the iconic compound once owned by legendary filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille a home rich with Hollywood history and architectural pedigree.

Set on more than two acres, the estate features a grand six‑bedroom, 10‑bathroom Beaux‑Arts mansion spanning 11,000 square feet. According to PEOPLE, the property includes a guest‑house studio with its own gated entrance, a pool house, a fitness studio, a tea house, and a separate garage equipped with a security station. The grounds offer sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills and the Griffith Observatory, framed by century‑old trees and rolling lawns that ensure complete privacy.

Originally designed in 1913 by architect B. Cooper Corbett, the estate was purchased by DeMille in 1916 and remained in his family until the late 1980s. Jolie acquired the property in 2017 and has maintained its historic character while updating it for modern living. The listing is held by Ernie Carsell of Sotheby’s International Realty.

The sale marks a significant moment for Jolie as she looks ahead to greater personal flexibility and a new phase of life beyond her years of raising young children.
