Pitha festival held in South Africa

Winter Pitha Utsav 2024 was organized by the Bangladeshi Women Entrepreneurs Forum living in Cape Town, South Africa.

The winter pie and cultural event occurred on Sunday (August 11) at the Ryland Primary School grounds in Cape Town. It starts at 11 am and ends at 8 pm.

At the fair, Bangladeshi women entrepreneurs and various Bangladeshi organizations set up 40 stalls with native winter pitha puli, sweets, chapatis, perfumes, cosmetics, native jewelry, and clothes. Children, women, and working expatriates enjoy the fair with family and friends.
