Saudi Arabia is highlighting its progress in occupational safety and health at a major international expo in Osaka, Japan, from July 16 to 19. The Kingdom’s National Council for Occupational Safety and Health, under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and led by Secretary-General Majed Al-Fawiz, is participating in the Global Safety, Health, and Well-being Conference.
Representatives from the Ministry of Energy and the private sector are part of the delegation. This involvement aligns with the Kingdom’s broader efforts to promote occupational safety, health, and employee well-being as part of its Vision 2030 plan.
Saudi Arabia’s exhibition features innovative programs and technologies aimed at improving work environments, along with training initiatives and incident reporting systems. The council reaffirmed the Kingdom’s dedication to international cooperation, knowledge sharing, and leading the way in creating safe, healthy, and sustainable workplaces.
