Jennifer Lawrence Calls Kourtney Kardashian “Annoying” During Lie Detector Test With Robert Pattinson

Jennifer Lawrence has never hidden her love for reality TV, especially Keeping Up With the Kardashians. But in her latest candid moment, the Oscar-winning actress didn’t hold back when asked about her favorite members of the famous family. During a Vanity Fair lie detector test alongside her Die My Love co-star Robert Pattinson, Lawrence admitted that while she adores Khloé Kardashian, she finds Kourtney Kardashian “more annoying than ever.”

Lawrence, 35, explained her frustration by saying that Kourtney tends to make everything into an announcement. “It’s like, you know, ‘I’m not going to wear outfits anymore.’ Like, just wear whatever you want. Don’t make an announcement about it,” she said. She continued, “Or like, ‘I don’t have a TV in my room.’ Like, just don’t watch TV. Stop announcing it. Just shhh!”

Despite her blunt remarks, Lawrence has long been a close friend of the Kardashian family, having spent time with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner on multiple occasions. She has also openly admitted to binge-watching the show during difficult filming periods. While shooting Darren Aronofsky’s 2017 psychological horror Mother!, Lawrence said she relied on episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians to lift her spirits, even keeping headshots and notes from the family nearby as a source of comfort.

Her comments highlight the unique relationship she has with the Kardashians: part fan, part friend, and part critic. While she clearly admires the family’s cultural impact and enjoys their reality antics, she isn’t afraid to call out behavior she finds excessive or performative.

The exchange with Pattinson has already gone viral, sparking debate among fans about whether Lawrence’s comments were playful banter or genuine irritation. For many, it’s another reminder of her reputation for unfiltered honesty and her ability to mix humor with sharp observations.
