There is often curiosity surrounding the religious practices of Muslim stars in Bollywood. Many of these artists set unique examples through their faith and practices, shaping a particular narrative within the industry. Recently, popular filmmaker Farah Khan shared her views on the religious lives of some of these stars.

Farah claims she is a “good person” and a “good Muslim.” Although she does not perform the five daily prayers, she regularly observes fasting during Ramadan and engages in charity. During a recent online discussion, she addressed these aspects of her faith.

When a fan asked her, “Do you believe in God? Do you pray regularly?” Farah responded, “I don’t pray daily, but I do fast during Ramadan and donate five percent of my earnings. Treating people well and working hard are what I value most.”

The conversation also touched upon three prominent Muslim stars—Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Tabu. Farah spoke highly of Shah Rukh, stating, “He is a very good person who often donates and has helped many people within and outside the film industry.”

Regarding Tabu, she mentioned, “Tabu is a very close friend of mine. I know she prays regularly and is a wonderful person.”

As for Salman Khan, Farah remarked, “I don’t know much about him, but anyone in need can count on his support. That is more important than religion.”

Farah Khan’s comments shed light on her values and religious perspective, emphasizing the importance of humanity and kindness over strict religious adherence.
