Business Expo in Sydney postponed to October 2 and 3 next year

An emergency meeting of the executive council of the Australia Bangladesh Business Forum was held on the evening of August 12 (Monday), at the office of the forum, under the chairmanship of President Abdul Khan Ratan. At the beginning of the meeting, a minute’s silence was observed paying deep respect to the memory of all the martyrs of the recent student protests in Bangladesh.

In the meeting, the Executive and Advisory Council of the Australia Bangladesh Business Forum welcomed the Interim Government of Bangladesh and expressed their commitment to work together. He also called and promised to speed up the overall process of sending remittances from Australia through legal channels.

In this meeting, the decision to hold the Trade Fair (Australia Bangladesh Business Expo Sydney Australia 2024) held on October 3 and 4 in Sydney for two days was unanimously accepted. It was also decided to hold a business night on October 17 this year.
