South Africa’s U19 team produced a historic performance in the ongoing Under‑19 World Cup in Zimbabwe and Namibia, posting their highest ever total in the tournament’s history. They didn’t stop there the young Proteas went on to crush Tanzania by a staggering 329 runs, their biggest victory margin in youth ODIs.

The match took place on Monday in Windhoek, Namibia, where South Africa came out firing from the very first over. They raced to 93 for 2 in just 14 overs, setting the tone for a dominant innings.

Bulbulia Rolls Partnership Steals the Show
The defining moment of the match came through a marathon partnership between captain Muhammed Bulbulia and Jason Rolls. The pair added 201 runs off 176 balls, dismantling the Tanzanian attack with ease.

Rolls played the more aggressive role, smashing an unbeaten 125 off 101 balls, featuring 10 fours and 5 sixes. Bulbulia also reached a superb century, anchoring the innings and guiding South Africa to their record total.

The emphatic win further strengthens South Africa’s position in the tournament and highlights the depth of talent in their youth setup.
