Riley Keough Named in Lawsuit Alleging She Is Biological Mother of John Travolta’s Son

2 min read

Actor Riley Keough has been named in a bombshell lawsuit containing sensational and unproven allegations about the parentage of John Travolta’s youngest son, Ben. According to legal filings referenced in multiple reports, Brigitte Kruse, a former business partner of Priscilla Presley, claims that Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston used Keough’s eggs to conceive their son, who was born in 2010.

The lawsuit alleges Keough was compensated between $10,000 and $20,000, along with an old Jaguar, as part of the supposed arrangement.

Allegations in the Filing
Kruse further claims that Keough agreed to donate her eggs after her mother, Lisa Marie Presley, had previously offered her own eggs to help Travolta and Preston conceive an offer the couple allegedly declined due to concerns about Lisa Marie’s drug use.

Lisa Marie Presley died in 2023. The lawsuit asserts she had been told by then‑husband Michael Lockwood that Travolta and Preston were unable to have more children on their own.

Part of a Larger $50 Million Legal Battle
These allegations surface within an amended $50 million breach‑of‑contract lawsuit filed by Kruse and Kevin Fialko, both former associates of Priscilla Presley, against her son Navarone Garibaldi Garcia.

The filing claims that after Lisa Marie’s death, “the entire Presley family clamoured for control of the estate and for pay‑outs,” allegedly using Kruse and Fialko as intermediaries in internal disputes.

Strong Pushback
Representatives for the Presley family have publicly dismissed the claims as outrageous, irrelevant, and unethical, according to reporting from The Independent and other outlets.

No evidence has been presented to substantiate the allegations, and neither Travolta nor Keough has commented publicly as of the latest reports.
