Rajasthan’s Manika Vishwakarma Crowned Miss Universe India 2025

In a dazzling finale in Jaipur, 22‑year‑old Manika Vishwakarma from Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, claimed the Miss Universe India 2025 crown and will represent the country at the 74th Miss Universe pageant in Thailand later this year. She received the title from outgoing queen Rhea Singha, triumphing over 47 other contestants.

The first runner‑up was Tanya Sharma of Uttar Pradesh, followed by Mehak Dhingra of Haryana as second runner‑up, and Amishi Kaushik as third runner‑up. The event, organised by the Glamanand Group, featured a high‑profile judging panel including designer Ashley Rebello, filmmaker Farhad Samji, actress and former Miss Universe India Urvashi Rautela, and social advocate Rajiv K. Shrivastava.

A Multi‑Talented Achiever Currently based in Delhi, Manika is in her final year of a Political Science and Economics degree. She first made her mark by winning the Miss Universe Rajasthan title in 2024. Beyond pageantry, she is a trained classical dancer and an accomplished artist, with her work recognised by the Lalit Kala Academy and JJ School of Arts. She has also represented India at the BIMSTEC Sewocon under the Ministry of External Affairs.

Advocacy and Vision Manika is the founder of Neuronova, an initiative dedicated to reframing perceptions of neurodivergence, including ADHD, as unique cognitive strengths rather than limitations. Her advocacy blends compassion with a forward‑thinking approach to inclusivity.

Reflecting on her journey, she credited her family, mentors, and community for their unwavering support, saying the competition was “a world of its own that builds the character of a person.”

With her blend of artistry, intellect, and social commitment, Manika steps onto the global stage carrying both her personal dreams and the hopes of millions of Indians eager to see her shine in Thailand.
