RAB Arrests Suspect in Lal Chand Sohag Murder Case

RAB personnel have apprehended another suspect in the murder of Lal Chand Sohag, who was shot dead in front of Mitford Hospital in the capital.

Lt Colonel HM Sajjad Hossain, commanding officer of RAB-11, confirmed that a specialized team conducted a raid around 2 am in Narayanganj’s Bandar area and arrested the suspect, identified as Nannu, based on a tip-off.

Nannu is believed to be one of four individuals captured in a viral video attacking the 39-year-old businessman with bricks and cement blocks to ensure his death.

So far, eight people have been taken into custody in connection with the case.
