A man has died after his car struck a power pole and flipped in Sydney’s eastern suburbs late Friday night.
Emergency services were called to Bellevue Park Road at about 11.50 p.m. following reports of a serious crash.
The driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was found trapped and unresponsive inside the wreckage. Paramedics assessed him at the scene but were unable to revive him.
Police established a crime scene and have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the crash. A report will be prepared for the coroner.
