The world’s attention is now focused on Iran’s nuclear program. Despite mounting international pressure, Iran has made it clear that it will not cease uranium enrichment. This was announced by Iran’s foreign minister, Abdollah Araji, who emphasized that the program is a matter of national pride and deeply connected to the country’s interests. Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump issued a warning that the United States is prepared to carry out another strike if necessary. This information was reported on Tuesday.
Following Trump’s warning, Iran remains resolute, indicating they are ready for tough actions if needed. According to reports, after recent U.S. airstrikes damaged Iran’s nuclear facilities, Foreign Minister Araji stated that Iran cannot stop its uranium enrichment efforts. He explained, “Our scientists do not want to give up this achievement easily. It is part of our national pride.” He also added that Iran believes its right to uranium enrichment should be preserved in any future nuclear agreement.
It is noteworthy that on June 22, U.S. forces launched airstrikes on three Iranian nuclear sites, including an underground Fordow facility. These attacks were carried out mainly in response to recent conflicts between Iran and Israel.
