Given Eid-ul-Azha, a grand Chand Raat Gala Dinner was organized on June 14 (Friday) at the Grand Ballroom of “The Renaissance” Wedding Venue.
The event was hosted by Tammi Parvez, Sajeda Akhtar Sanjida, Taftun Naeem, and Nahida Sultana.
Rumana Haque, Naz Ahmed, Rahul Sharma, Ashutosh Jain, and Jenny Kogan performed Bengali, Hindi, Qawwali, and English songs after the program was introduced by Ena Saudia and Taftun Naeem.
The main attraction of the event was two different fashion shows curated by international fashion designer Tammi Parvez. The first fashion show was showcased in the Sydney collection of lace ribbons with the traditional Banarasi sarees of Bangladesh. The second fashion show showcased Tammi Parvez’s designs.
The show stoppers of this fashion show were Ms. Universe Australia 2023 Joanna Gunne and Ms. Universe Spirit and Brand Ambassador 2023 Debashrita Mukherjee.
All Bangladeshi and foreign models participated in this fashion show. The fashion show was choreographed by Taftun Naeem Neetu and Debashrita Mukherjee. Make-up artists Nahida Sultana and Mariam decorated the models with beautiful decorations. The audience of the show was overwhelmed by this magnificent fashion show.
Sharibi was the sponsor of this event. Makeup was done by Nahida and The Stylist. Expectation’s World by Venuti Navabi style decoration. Canterbury Bankstown Council Councilor Sajeda Akhter Sanjida presented certificates and gifts to the sponsors and artists of the event. Dinner was arranged along with the henna ceremony.
Finally, Tammi Parvez concluded the event by presenting gifts to Ms. Universe Australia and Ms. Universe Spirit and Brand Ambassadors and thanked everyone.
