Lionel Messi has not yet confirmed whether he will play in the next World Cup, but if he does, it may be the final tournament of his legendary career. With that possibility in mind, Adidas has designed a special edition F50 boot, images of which were released by the football‑gear website Footy Headlines.
The 37‑year‑old star’s new boot is named “El Último Tango,” meaning “The Last Tango.” The name pays tribute to Argentina’s iconic tango dance. The boot is crafted from ultra‑light materials to help players accelerate quickly and change direction with ease.
According to reports, the boot will be officially launched ahead of the World Cup in June.
