ABJA president Mohammad Abdul Matin presided over the event, with Dr Ratan Kundu conducting the programme and general secretary Faisal Ahmed overseeing overall coordination. Several organisers played active roles, including Haji Mohammad Delwar Hossain, Belal Hossain Dhali, Mostafizur Rahman Monju, Dr Arif Hossain, Jahangir Alam, Mohammad Rezaul Karim, Suhrid Sohan Haque, SM Didar Hossain, Ataur Rahman, Sanjoy Tabu, Mohammad Ziaul Kabir Jihan, Dilara Jahan, Asif Iqbal and Shariful Islam Swapan.
