German diaspora’s joyous procession in the downfall of Sheikh Hasina

Expatriate Bangladeshis held a rally and march in Frankfurt, Germany, after the fall of Sheikh Hasina in a student movement in Bangladesh. The event was held on Tuesday (August 6) afternoon at the Alt Oper in the heart of Frankfurt. Hundreds of expatriate Bangladeshis living in different cities in Germany participated in it.

The victory rally started with the national anthem by German expatriate artist Tahmin Ferdowsi. Later, Maulana Abu Bakr Siddique led prayers and prayers in memory of the martyrs who died in the movement.

Khaled Mahmud, Awlad Hossain, and journalist Faisal Ahmed addressed the victory rally under the direction of journalist and human rights activist Habibullah Al Bahar. Later student representatives, brave freedom fighters, businessmen, and community leaders addressed the victory rally.

Speakers at the rally thanked the students and said that the mass movement of the students brought down the dictatorship and restored independence for Bangladesh, so Bangladesh will forever be grateful to them. They demanded the trial of the fugitive dictator Sheikh Hasina in the international court for all the missing murders.
