Kuwaiti Expatriate Bangladeshi committed suicide

A Kuwaiti expatriate named Mehdi Hasan Riday (25) committed suicide while his wife was watching him on a video call.

His body was found hanging in his house in the Kabad area of ​​the country at 9:30 pm local time on June 25.

Mehdi Hasan is the son of Abu Taher of Padainna village of Awral village of Maizkar union of Chandina police station of Comilla district.

His brother Sajjad Hossain Sagar said his brother spoke to him even at 9 p.m. on Tuesday. Half an hour later his father called from home saying that Mehdi hanged himself while talking to his wife.

He also said, my brother got married with an affair. But after marriage, his relationship with his wife was not going well. There was a regular family quarrel with his wife. We tried many times but couldn’t fix it, as a result, my brother committed suicide not being able to handle the situation.

Mehdi went to Kuwait in 2018. He worked as an electrician in Kuwait. She has a six-year-old daughter.
