Sudden snowfall snatches 35 lives in Pakistan

Sudden snowfall in two provinces of Pakistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Baluchistan. At least 35 people lost their lives due to lightning and freezing rain. Dozens of people were also injured.

22 of the dead were children; The cause of death of most of these victims was landslides caused by rains. At least 150 houses were completely destroyed and 500 partially damaged in the two provinces due to heavy rains, the local administration said.
