Iran carried out a severe missile attack on Israel, raising fears of significant casualties. The strikes targeted a residential building in the city of Bat Yam, and since then, 35 people remain unaccounted for, according to Israeli media reports. The incident occurred on Sunday, June 15, and has heightened fears of escalating violence in the region.

Earlier, Iran launched two rounds of rapid missile strikes into Israel during Saturday night and early Sunday morning. The attacks resulted in at least six deaths and injured more than 200 people. Reports indicate that the missile strikes hit multiple locations, including the residential building in Bat Yam. Local rescue teams have expressed concern that the building might collapse at any moment, prompting urgent search and rescue operations.

The Israeli emergency service organization, Magen David Adom, confirmed that nearly 200 individuals were wounded in the missile attacks. The Ichilov Medical Center in Tel Aviv reported admitting 25 injured patients, including one child. Three of those admitted are in moderate condition, while the rest are stable.

Hospitals in Haifa and other parts of Tel Aviv have also seen a surge of injured patients. The Rambam Medical Center in Haifa treated 13 victims, most with moderate or light injuries, and noted that eight others are suffering from anxiety related to the attack.

Additionally, Ichilov Hospital has received five more casualties from the latest missile strikes, including one person in moderate condition and four with minor injuries. Medical teams are working tirelessly to treat the wounded amid the chaos.

As tensions continue to escalate, fears grow that the region could face a broader conflict if hostilities persist.
